I love your olive oils of course, but your tapenades are really awesome.

I love them on simple crackers, on crusty bread with a tiny drop or two of your olive oil first, then spread the tapenade on the morsel.

It's also great, depending on your taste, on BBQ'd anything. I find, just after a lamb chop, veal chop or steak is removed fro the grill, you spread some on and amp up the flavors.....

Great too on BBQ'd or grilled chicken, fish and veggies....again after they come off the grill.

Also good as an added zest to a classic vinaigrette for salads.
